accelerate problem resolution.
Recognizing that we can’t be
everywhere when problems arise,
AZNETCO had implemented this secure
and efficient mechanism to assist
you with improved responsiveness.
For a low monthly fee, each computer
in your organization can be
configured for Remote Support
Service.
When an issue arises that you
need assistance with:
troubleshooting a problem,
software difficulties, or virus and
spyware issues – just call in for a
Remote Support Service session.
We will initiate a secure
session to the workstation in
question, and work with you on or
off the phone until it is resolved
or a determination is made for
another course of action, like an on
site visit, or a warranty call to
your equipment’s manufacturer, etc.
Session fees are billed in ½
hour increments – at
our shop rate!
Current Shop Rate
is $60 / hour – that makes an issue
as inexpensive as $30 to solve!
